Our prices are published and they don't move. What you end up paying does — it depends on your plan's out-of-network benefit, on how much of your deductible you've already met, and on whether you have an HSA. This works all three out.

This works out entirely on your own device. Nothing you type is sent to us, saved, or seen by anyone — close the tab and it's gone. Every number it uses is shown, so you can check the arithmetic rather than trust it.
