thrē is one physician, four hundred members and a fourth floor. The whole practice is built so that nobody in it is counting minutes — which means the people who work here are the practice. There will never be many of us.
What we care about: that you like women, that you're unhurried under pressure, that you can say I don't know, let me find out without it costing you anything, and that you'd rather do one thing properly than three things quickly. Experience in a practice that rushed you is, honestly, a plus — you'll know what we're not.
What you get: a day that ends when it ends, a physician who is in the room and on your side, a place that looks the way it looks, and a membership for you and your daughters. Salary is published with the job, not negotiated in the dark.

Nurse injector — aesthetics
Neuromodulators, filler, Sculptra, microneedling, peels, IPL and the intimate and postpartum series, delivered from the patient's own chart under Dr. Lloyd's medical direction. You'll tell people when something isn't worth doing. Aesthetics is open to anyone, so you'll meet half of Bentonville before the members do. Full-time is the intent — aesthetics is open to anyone, so the book fills before the practice does. Injectables experience required, women's health experience welcome.
Opening in the first year
Midwife
A certified nurse-midwife to share the pregnancy year with Dr. Lloyd — prenatal visits that run as long as they need to, labour support, delivery at Mercy alongside him, and the postpartum months that usually get rushed. Two people who know every patient by name, so a delivery never means a stranger. Full-time when it opens; we'll say when.
Nothing else is open. The front desk is already in good hands.
