Privacy
This describes what happens to information you give us through this website. It is separate from how we handle your medical records once you're a patient — that's covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this site collects
This site has no forms. If you reach out from our Begin page, you do it by calling or emailing us directly, and we receive only what you choose to send. We ask you not to include medical details in an email, because email is not a secure channel.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information — the pages requested, the time, the browser and a general location derived from your IP address. This site runs no advertising pixels, no social-media trackers, and no analytics scripts that build a profile of you. If we ever add measurement, it will be privacy-focused and this page will say so first.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you and to arrange a consultation. That's all. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who else sees it
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf — our website host, our form provider, and our email provider. Where those providers may handle health information, we require a written agreement governing how they may use it.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
Inquiries from people who don't become patients are kept for a limited period and then deleted. If you become a patient, your medical record is retained for the period Arkansas law requires, which is longer.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@thre.health. If you're a patient, some records must be retained by law even if you ask us to delete them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this, we'll change the date at the bottom. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made quietly.
