Joining
What does it cost? $400 a month; $300 for the first fifty, held three years. Pregnancy is $7,500 all in, with membership waived for those twelve months. The first visit is $200, credited against your first two months if you join. The call is free. All of it is on the Model page, with nothing on a second page.
What is the first visit? Ninety minutes with Dr. Lloyd. Your history, your labs from wherever you've been, the things you've been meaning to ask. He takes the notes; you leave with a written plan and his number.
Do I have to be a member? For gynecology, pregnancy, fertility and menopause care, yes — that's the relationship. Aesthetics, IV therapy and weight care are open to anyone.
Is there a list? Four hundred members, then it closes. Fifty founding places open for early 2027.
Can I cancel? Whenever. No term, no exit fee, no phone call where someone tries to keep you.
Are my daughters included? Members' daughters aged 13 to 17, at no additional cost. Arkansas law gives a minor her own record for some visits; we'll explain exactly what that means at enrollment.
Paying
Do you take insurance? No. We don't bill it. You get an itemized superbill after every visit and can submit it against your out-of-network benefit. Some plans pay a real share; HMOs usually pay nothing. We'll tell you which yours looks like on the call.
Can I use my HSA or FSA? For the first visit, pregnancy, and anything tied to a visit, usually yes. The membership itself is the grey area; most plans say no. You get a receipt for everything.
When am I charged? Monthly, on the day you joined, to the card on file. Pregnancy is billed the way the Model page lays it out. That's the whole statement.
I'm pregnant now. Is it one bill or two? Two. Ours is $7,500 and covers Dr. Lloyd for the whole pregnancy. The hospital's is separate, and yours to run through insurance. Almost everyone thinks a pregnancy is one number; it isn't, and we'd rather say so now.
Being a member
How do I reach you? Text or message us through Klara — it's the button on every page — and a person answers. Members also have a direct line to Dr. Lloyd. It's for the things that can't wait. It's also why the list stops at four hundred.
What if he's at a delivery? Then he's at a delivery. You'll hear back when he's out, usually the same day. Babies keep their own schedule.
How do refills work? Message us. Routine refills go to your pharmacy the same day he's in clinic. Anything new gets a conversation first.
Where do I get labs done? Most are drawn here, on the fourth floor. Imaging and anything we can't do in-house is ordered to the place that's easiest for you, and the results come back to us.
What if I need a specialist? He'll know who, and he'll call them. The referral goes with a note, not a fax into the void, and you'll know what we're asking them to do.
Do you do video visits? Yes. Same doctor, same chart, your kitchen. For the things that need a room, we have the room.
Can you get my records from my old doctor? Yes. Sign one form at the first visit and we do the chasing.
Pregnancy
Where do you deliver? Mercy, with Dr. Lloyd attending.
What does the $7,500 cover? Every prenatal visit — nobody is counting them — the ultrasounds we do here, the delivery with him in the room, and the six weeks after. It doesn't cover the hospital, anesthesia, or the lab and imaging done elsewhere; those bill you directly, and your insurance applies.
When should I start? Ideally before you're pregnant. Realistically, the day you find out. Either is fine.
I'm already partway through. Can I switch? Usually. Call. It depends on how far along and what's happened so far, and that's a fifteen-minute conversation, not a form.
Aesthetics & IV
Do I need to be a member? No. Aesthetics, IV therapy and weight care are open to anyone in Bentonville.
Who does the injecting? A nurse injector who works from your chart, with Dr. Lloyd doing the assessment and signing the plan. Same record, same building, and someone who will tell you when not to.
Are prices published? Every one. On the Care page, before you book, no quoting after the fact.
How do I book? Message us through Klara or call. Aesthetics and IV don't need the first visit; they need an appointment.
Can I just come in for a drip? Yes. Three chairs, no membership, about an hour.
Visiting
Where are you? 215 NW A Street, Suite 410, downtown Bentonville — the fourth floor. Parking in the garage across the street, connected by skybridge.
What should I bring to the first visit? Yourself. If you have old labs or a list of what you take, bring them; if you don't, we'll get them. There is no clipboard.
Can I bring my children? Yes. There's a place for them to sit, and nobody will sigh.
Is there somewhere to work while I wait? You won't wait long. But yes — a chair by the window, good wifi, matcha or coffee.
