Fertility care is where being rushed does the most damage, because the questions are the hardest and the appointments are usually the shortest. A first fertility consultation here runs ninety minutes.
We do the full workup, we explain what the results actually mean, and we manage treatment we can manage well. When IVF is the right next step, we say so early rather than late — and we stay your physician through it rather than disappearing at the referral.

The ninety-minute consultation and the complete workup for both partners are part of membership — routine labs and in-office ultrasound included, genetic and send-out testing at cost. Treatment cycles are priced separately, at a published rate. Medications are billed by the pharmacy, not by us.

Most practices earn the majority of a cycle fee on monitoring — the serial ultrasounds and hormone levels. Yours are already inside membership, so we don't charge for them twice. An ovulation induction cycle costs you nothing beyond the prescription, which is usually under twenty dollars.
